Is there a list of pool inspectors and certifiers in Brisbane & South East Queensland?

Pool safety inspectors licensed by the QBCC who issue pool safety certificates (Form 23) across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Check the inspector's licence on the QBCC register before booking.

5 providers listed here, part of an initial hand-checked sample (see all regions and how to verify accreditation). We show name, area, and accreditation only, never contact details.

Most fails on a QLD inspection are gate hardware that doesn't self-close or latch reliably, fence gaps, or climbable objects near the barrier. Inspectors also check for a clear non-climbable zone, free of anything that could be used to climb the barrier. Certified QLD pools are recorded on the pool safety register, which the QBCC and buyers can check by address.

A Queensland pool safety certificate lasts two years for a non-shared pool and one year for a shared or body-corporate pool. Only inspectors currently licensed by the QBCC can issue a Form 23; the licence status can be checked on the QBCC's public search. A QBCC-licensed inspector can usually advise what needs fixing before booking a reinspection.
